HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING TIME? 

- Once your order is received there’s an 24-48 hour payment verification and you’ll receive it in 7-14 days priority shipping

 

- ITS AFTER MY ETA FOR MY ORDER, WHERE'S MY PACKAGE?

- Once your item has shipped and no longer in our possession we are not responsible for delayed shipping. At that time if your order said ETA of Wednesday and you still haven't received it please contact your local USPS office provide them with your shipment name and tracking number (if Available) so they can advise you of your order status.

  

IS LOCAL DELIVERY AVAILABLE?

- YES (up to an 30 miles radius if applicable it'll show at checkout)

 

IS LOCAL PICK UP AVAILABLE?

- YES

 

WHY DID I RECEIVE SOME OF MY ITEMS AND NOT ALL?

- If you Order multiple items and/or sets and don’t receive all items in one shipment it is possible that the additional item is out of stock and will be shipped afterwards or the items just had to be split in different packages 

Always check your email for additional shipping or information regarding your order

 

- MY PACKAGE SAID IT WAS DELIVERED BUT I NEVER GOT IT?

- Please contact your local USPS office to inquiry about the location of your package. If you did not purchase additional insurance for your package we can not resend out an package that stated it was delivered. Please make sure shipping address is correctly entered online or your shipping to an address that someone is able to receive the item(s). We are not responsible

 

- RETURNS/REFUNDS

We do not accept returns or give refunds all sales are final.

 

- CANCELING ORDERS

There's an $5 restocking fee for orders that are cancelled after being placed
